Marcala Honey Blossom Reserve is an organic single-origin coffee from the highlands of Honduras, produced in the renowned Marcala region where altitude, climate, and careful processing create exceptional cup clarity. Grown at 1,400 meters, this coffee reflects both refined craftsmanship and the expressive character of black honey processing.
Its profile opens with delicate black tea notes and natural honey sweetness, followed by a gentle lemongrass brightness that adds freshness without overpowering the cup. The overall experience remains clean, floral, and beautifully balanced, with soft sweetness unfolding gradually through a smooth finish.
The black honey process gives this coffee its distinctive depth. During production, the cherries are fermented before depulping and then slowly dried with significant mucilage remaining on the bean, allowing sweetness and aromatic complexity to develop naturally.
