This exceptional lot features peaberry beans - a naturally rare formation in which only one rounded bean develops inside the coffee cherry instead of two. Because of this unique development, peaberry beans often concentrate flavor more intensely, creating greater sweetness, density, and aromatic depth in the final cup.

The flavor is rich and remarkably smooth, with mild acidity and a creamy body that feels refined and balanced throughout. Notes of milk chocolate, vanilla, caramel, soft nuts, and delicate citrus unfold gradually, followed by a light lingering finish that remains elegant and clean.
